Refund policy

Work From Home Diva โ€“ Refund & Chargeback Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2025

At Work From Home Diva, all products and services are delivered digitally or virtually. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, except under the limited circumstances outlined below.

By completing a purchase on wfhdiva.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Chargeback Policy in full.


Digital Products & Downloads (No Refunds)

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Ebooks

  • Digital guides

  • Templates

  • Job lead bundles

  • Downloadable resources

are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

A refund will only be issued if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. The digital product was not received, AND

  2. The customer contacts support within 7 days of purchase, AND

  3. Delivery cannot be verified or resolved after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Resume Revamp Services

Refunds for resume revamp services will only be granted if:

  • Sierra Smith cancels the appointment, AND

  • We are unable to reschedule the service for any reason.

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The service has been started or completed

  • The client fails to attend their scheduled appointment (no-show)

  • The client cancels or requests a reschedule outside of the agreed terms


One-on-One Services (Coaching, Consultations, Strategy Sessions)

Refunds for one-on-one services will only be issued if:

  • Sierra Smith fails to provide the purchased service.

No refunds will be provided if:

  • The session is completed or partially completed

  • The client misses the session

  • The client decides the service is no longer needed or expected a guaranteed outcome


No Guarantee of Results

All products and services provided by Work From Home Diva are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee employment, income, job offers, interviews, or specific results.

Lack of results, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction do not qualify for a refund.


Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By purchasing from Work From Home Diva, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.

Initiating a chargeback for a product or service that was delivered in accordance with this policy will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to all purchased products and services

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Submission of proof of delivery, service completion, and policy acceptance to the payment processor

  • Recovery of funds, including applicable dispute or processing fees

We maintain detailed transaction records, digital delivery logs, access timestamps, and service documentation to contest fraudulent disputes.

By completing a purchase on wfhdiva.com, you:

  • Confirm that you have read and understood this Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • Agree that all sales are final except as explicitly stated

  • Waive the right to file disputes outside of the conditions listed above
